Russian Strike Kills Four in Eastern Ukrainian City of Slovyansk

KYIV, Ukraine—Russian strikes killed four civilians and injured seven in the eastern Ukrainian city of Slovyansk, an attack that Ukrainian officials say is part of a new Russian strategy to terrorize the country into submission.

The killings, reported by Slovyansk Mayor Vadym Liakh on Saturday morning, follow missile strikes in the past week that killed at least 21 people in the southern Ukrainian region of Odessa and at least 20 in a shopping mall in central Ukraine.
