Russian Missile Attacks Hit Another Ukrainian City, Regional Officials Say

KYIV, Ukraine—The southern Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv was hit by Russian missiles Friday morning, the latest in a series of Russian airstrikes on civilian areas around the country.

The city’s two largest universities were struck in the attack, Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, wrote on Twitter. He also posted a video that showed black smoke pouring from a building. At least two people were injured, according to the city’s mayor.
